Some items in on our website may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Trackstar LLC does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from Trackstar LLC is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.

The purchaser of any product from Trackstar LLC releases Trackstar LLC from all liabilities as to the use of said products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

Note on listed prices: We make every effort to ensure that all of all our listings up to date. However due to the large volume of parts online we cannot guarantee all our listed prices are absolutely accurate. We are constantly checking and updating the Trackstar1.com website to bring you the best deals possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the unlikely event a product is priced incorrectly.

No warranty, written or implied is made on any products made or sold by Trackstar LLC. All descriptions given by Trackstar as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Trackstar cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Trackstar shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.

For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Trackstar will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of it's ability as customer service is our top priority.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Defective items will be replaced.  Remember that most electronic items are warranteed through the manufacturer.  If you are having troubles with any electronic items please contact them first.  We cannot accept returns on worn apparel or installed hard parts.  All returns must be in original, undamaged original packaging.  This includes all tags on apparel.

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You can also call us to begin the return process at 801-731-4070 during normal business hours.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless Trackstar LLC sent the wrong item.  Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA.  Products that are returned damaged are the responsibility of the customer.  INSURE YOUR RETURNS!
